Coralie has been training and showing dogs in obedience for 28 years.  Her training facility, Companion Dog Training Center, Inc., has been helping people with their pets for the last 26 years. Coralie has obedience titled 12 dogs including:

• 3 Utility Titles
• 2 Companion Dog Excellent Titles
• 3 Novice Titles (Border Collies)
• 2 Novice Titles (Corgis)
• 1 Novice Title (Labrador Retriever) 
• Obedience Trial Championship (O.T.Ch . Summerwood's Velveteen)

Coralie's most current titled dog is Border Collie Ch. Wildfire Summerwood Arabesque CD.  

 

Coralie has numerous High in Trials and has earned the prestigious Dog World Award. Coralie has previously been an instructor for the ever-popular Bauman Canine Camps, Miss Bauman being a world-renowned obedience authority and author of the popular book Beyond Basic Obedience Training. 

 

In 2004, Coralie adapted her Beginner Obedience course to help establish the Lee County Cell Dog Program, training local jail inmates to obedience train shelter dogs to make them more adoptable. This popular program, featured in the new book Angel Dogs, is being replicated worldwide. Locally it has turned dozens of unwanted dogs into treasured pets. 

 

More recently, Coralie has finished five conformation championships. Her two-and-a-half-year-old Champion Majestic Trim has been in the Top 25 Border Collies two years in a row, and earned a "Group Two".... two weeks before whelping her first litter of future champions!
